Series 2 of our Brain Training Live series on our Instagram continues this Sunday, 21st November at 7pm - straight after our Alex's Movember Virtual Music Quiz - and James' guest this week will be Nate Thomas.
Nate is the founder of Nate Thomas Yoga, and he is a qualified Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher, who has his own studios based in Hitchin in Hertfordshire as well as running regular online classes.
He's also a long time supporter of WAT4M as well as a Movember ambassador. On the Live this week, James will be asking Nate more about his own journey with his mental wellness, how he discovered yoga at a time his chronic anxiety was sky high, and how it has helped both his physical and mental health.
