Hope you've all had a good Easter weekend gents! The third episode of our #BrainTraining Instagram Lives is tomorrow evening at 7pm and our guest this week is Eddie Brett.
Eddie is probably best known to many for his time as one third of Loveable Rogues, who were finalists on the 2012 series of the hit ITV show Britain's Got Talent. Over the next two years, they went onto release three singles, including a top 10 hit, and an album 'This & That', as well as touring with Olly Murs and setting up their own record label.
Since their last release in 2014, Eddie has bought out his own solo music, and in December last year he also published his first novel, 'Odd Herbert'. He's been involved with Walk&Talk4Men right from the very start, is a regular attendee at our walks (along with his Cavapoo dog, Wilf), and was actually responsible for designing and setting up our website.
We'll be talking to Eddie about why he got involved with us, his own mental health experiences and what he does to stay mentally well.
But we'd love to hear from you too - if you've got any questions you'd like to ask Eddie about what we'll be discussing please feel free to get them in - you can drop us a message on any of our social media platforms using the hashtag #BrainTrainingLive or e-mail us, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can't make this week's live? Don't worry - all episodes will be posted up on our IGTV for you to watch back after it's been broadcast.
