What's good everyone, it's Ash, how are you all doing?
Just writing a blog tonight as I've been working on something with James' support which I am very excited to be launching this evening. We have had unbelievable support with W&T4M but I am now launching a new division of our group which is open to both men and women from all walks of life.
It's called - as you might expect - Walk&Talk4Us. It'll be offering the same open support and events as we do with W&T4M, and so hopefully with more of a mix we can reach out to even more people who may need help or support with any mental health struggles they may be having.
Walk&Talk4Us is launching with its first walk event THIS Sunday, 6th December 2020 at 10am, starting at the car park of the Swiss Bell pub in Mountbatten Road in Braintree (postcode for your sat navs is CM7 9UL).
Walk will be approximately 2 hours and 10k long, and as with the W&T4M walks it will be safe and socially distanced and adhering to current guidelines. Make sure you wrap up warm and wear appropriate footwear as it's set to be a chilly one!
Whether you're just wanting to get worries or struggles off your chest in a supportive environment, or just want to be a listening ear for someone who needs it, I can't wait to see you!
Take care and see you Sunday,
Ash Rojas (Walk&Talk4Us / W&T4M Walk Leader, Braintree)
