Hey guys, Alex checking in here!
I'm just dropping onto let you know that we are relaunching the Braintree walk events from next month: new route, new time, new starting point!
Join us for a 2-3k walk along Flitch Way, starting from the beginning of this popular walking route from Braintree Railway Station on Sunday 23rd October at 11am. Parking is available here or in the Town Centre, which is a short five minute walk from the station.
We start off at 11:15am, and will pause at The Booking Hall Cafe in Rayne for refreshments, before making our way back to Braintree.
We offer all men and those who identify as men a safe, supportive, friendly space to get some fresh air, get outdoors and to talk about whatever's on their mind - or just to be a listening ear for someone who might need it.
We are here for all men in Braintree to know that you don't have to go through mental health struggles or any other worries alone - our group is a safe friendly haven you can turn to!
Please feel free to share with the gents and bros in your life who you know might need us. We look forward to seeing you on 23rd October!
All the best,
Alex MacGregor (W&T4M Walk Leader, Braintree and Witham / Web and Content Executive, Walk&Talk4Men)
