Good evening everyone, James here,
Hope you're all keeping well and having a good week?
Thank you so much everyone that got along to lasy Sunday's first ever walk event in Manningtree! It was great to see such a solid turn out.
This walk was in memory of Mistley man Richard Welch, who sadly took his own life in 1993, aged just 43 years. His family have advised that they wished he had talked more.
GLOBALLY, ON AVERAGE, 1 MAN DIES BY SUICIDE EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY.
It was a beautiful morning for a beautiful stroll and chat about everything and anything. Some of the topics we covered included work, finances, kayaking, running, family and of course the weather!
It doesn’t have to be serious intense conversations, it can be just everyday thoughts on our mind!
We will be at Mistley Quay again on Tuesday 30th August at 7pm for a sunset walk, please join us and keep your eyes peeled for future events and please keep spreading the word.
Big love and look forward to seeing you on 30th hopefully!
All the best,
James Mace (Founder, W&T4M)
